Service Description
Whether it's a self-portrait or a family session, we are excited to be your photographer! This package includes a 1-hour session, either in the studio or at a location of your choice. You'll receive 14 digital images to share with friends and family, along with one 11x14 print that will be mailed to you. I’ll help you see the best version of yourself. Through custom, professional portrait photography with helpful styling and posing advice, you’ll gain a unique perspective on how special you are. You’re invited to a boutique portrait photo session, built around you. I’ll share advice based on years of experience, and help you get stunning photos that look like you on your very best day or the way you always dreamed of looking. A studio shoot can seem intimidating, I know! But I’ll take control of all the worrisome things, so you don’t have to feel stressed or nervous. Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy for WilsonPhotos LLC Cancellation and Rescheduling: All cancellation and rescheduling requests must be submitted via email at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment date and time. Cancellations made within 48 hours will not be eligible for a refund. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours will incur a rescheduling fee of $100. Usage of Photos: Photos taken by WilsonPhotos may be included in our portfolio, showcased on our website, or utilized for online and social media marketing. Please note that there will be no refunds once photos chosen by you, the customer, have been released. Body Manipulation: Body manipulation edits are available for an additional charge of $15.00 (e.g., slimming the tummy, enhancing arms, or adjusting thighs). Acceptance of Terms: By accepting this invoice, you acknowledge that you agree to the terms and conditions outlined above. Payment Terms: A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance must be paid after you review the images. Image choices will not be released until all fees have been paid. Additional edits can be purchased at the rate of $25.00 per image. Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued under any circumstances if you fail to attend the scheduled event as booked. Due to the nature of digital photography, WilsonPhotos has a strict no refunds policy. Once a transaction is completed (i.e., the buyer selects and pays for the photo, and WilsonPhotos sends the correct photograph), it is considered non-refundable. If you select or purchase an incorrect photo, you must inform WilsonPhotos before receiving the “incorrect” photograph. Refunds will not be issued for reasons such as dissatisfaction with a photo or selecting an incorrect photo after receipt. If an incorrect photo is sent, WilsonPhotos will provide the correct photo to the buyer at no additional charge. Thank you for choosing WilsonPhotos!
